FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed dielectric composition relates to composite polymer materials and can be used to create radiotransparent articles and coatings of receiving-transmitting radio engineering systems for aerospace, marine, land-based equipment of civil and special purpose. Set task is solved due to composition consisting of epoxy-diane resin, polyethylene polyamine, polymethyl phenyl siloxane, aluminum oxide and ceramic hollow microspheres in following ratio, pts.wt: epoxy-diane resin 100, polyethylene polyamine 10, polymethyl phenyl siloxane 10–60, aluminum oxide 5–15, hollow microspheres 10–40. If the content of ceramic hollow microspheres in the polymer composition is less than 10 pts.wt dielectric characteristics practically do not change. If the content of ceramic hollow microspheres in the polymer composition is more than 40 pts.wt viscosity of the polymer composition increases, which considerably complicates uniform distribution of the filler by volume and, as a result, leads to deterioration and instability of the dielectric properties of the articles.
EFFECT: high heat resistance, strength and high dielectric properties of the composition for composite polymer materials.
