FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the food industry, in particular to smoking devices intended for smoking food products. Smoking device (100) has the form of smoking gun (101). Device (100) comprises main body (111), to which barrel (107) is connected with possibility of disconnection. Barrel (107) forms an air passage extending from inlet opening (160) to outlet opening (161). In barrel (107) cup-shaped combustion chamber (130) with hole (155) is installed, through which smoke enters the air path. Electric motor (112) and impeller (121) brought therefrom make air move in air path. Three versions of a smoking device are considered.
EFFECT: use of group of inventions improves quality of ready product.
