FIELD: package and storage.

SUBSTANCE: in the method, the container has a distal end side and a proximal end side opposite the distal end side, an inner portion between the distal and proximal ends, a distal hole formed in the distal end side with the possibility of dispensing medium from the container, and a proximal end in the proximal end. Method comprises feeding substance into container, sublimation drying of substance inside container, inserting middle plunger inside container so that distal and proximal chambers are formed, wherein the middle plunger hermetically seals the distal chamber from the proximal and the sublimated substance is in the distal chamber. Method also includes supply of reducing medium into proximal chamber and tight closure of proximal opening. In the method, the container is inserted into a holder having a seat for insertion of the container in a vertical position so that the side of the distal end passes in the lower direction, and the side of the proximal end - in the upper direction. Container is located in mounting seat of holder during substance supply into it, during sublimation drying of substance, during pushing of middle plunger, during delivery of the reducing agent into the proximal chamber and during the pressure-tight closure of the proximal opening. At that, when pushing the middle plunger into the container, it is clamped with a cap which contains a plunger seat, an element for connection to the container and a separator between the plunger seat and the container connection element, and inside through hole of seat for cap plunger there is a rubber middle plunger protruding downwards for through hole so that when cap is pushed down on container, the middle plunger can be inserted into the proximal hole and sucked into the container due to formation of low pressure inside the container during lyophilisation of the substance, sealingly sealing the distal chamber, in which the lyophilized substance is located, from the proximal one. Invention is also a container in which said above method is implemented.
