FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medical equipment, namely to syringes for retention and mixing of the first and second substances. Syringe comprises a cylinder comprising a sealed and/or closable distal outlet and a vacuum chamber for holding the first substance in a vacuum, plunger, comprising chamber-reservoir for accommodation of second substance and made with possibility of axial displacement through proximal end of cylinder, a membrane separating the vacuum chamber and the reservoir chamber, and a pointed element, such as one or more needles, for piercing the membrane. Said syringe is made so that vacuum in vacuum chamber causes axial displacement of plunger from first position to a predetermined second position in cylinder, and said axial displacement of the plunger causes a membrane puncture with a pointed element and creates a fluid passage between the reservoir chamber and the vacuum chamber, wherein the vacuum in the vacuum chamber sucks the second substance into the vacuum chamber, thereby transferring the contents of the reservoir chamber into the vacuum chamber without displacing the plunger from said preset second position.
EFFECT: disclosed is a syringe for holding vacuum in a storage state.
