FIELD: syringe devices.

SUBSTANCE: syringe drug mixing device comprises an insertion holder comprising a first storage chamber which comprises a first cartridge; hollow cylindrical part with holder sliding section; a double-sided needle assembly comprising a first needle point and a second needle point; second storage chamber, which includes second cartridge; sliding section of double-sided needle. Syringe device differs from the prior art in that when the insertion holder is inserted inside the holder sliding section towards the second storage chamber, two-sided needle assembly is moved from the first position by pushing the first needle point with the first sealing element of the first cartridge, while the first needle point is maintained in the first position, in which the first needle point pierces the first sealing element without the first sealing member unsealing, and when the movement continues, the two-sided needle assembly reaches the closed position, in which the first needle point is supported in the first position, and the second needle point pierces the second sealing element of the second cartridge without depressurising the second sealing element. Also disclosed is a method of mixing a first substance and a second substance with each other using a syringe device.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides reduced probability of air ingress or leakage of liquid during mixing of medicinal substances.
