SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for immunochromatographic analysis and can be used in biotechnology and medical diagnostics for semi-quantitative visual determination of biologically active substances. Disclosed is a test system for visual semi-quantitative immunochromatographic analysis of human procalcitonin, comprising a plastic substrate, which has central circular or rectangular area with common membrane for sample on it with continuation in form of three separate narrow strips, on the surface of each strip along the length and lapping, a membrane for a conjugate of gold nanoparticles with specific polyclonal or first monoclonal antibodies against procalcitonin, an analytical membrane and a suction membrane are arranged by lamination, wherein on each of the analytical membranes in the transverse direction one test line is formed by preliminary application on the analytical membrane of solutions of specific polyclonal or second monoclonal antibodies against procalcitonin with concentrations of 1 mg/ml, 0.5 mg/ml and 0.1 mg/ml, as well as one reference line with immobilized anti-virus antibodies, where the test system is designed to determine procalcitonin in the concentration range of less than 0.5 ng/ml, 0.5 ng/ml to 2 ng/ml, 2 to 10 ng/ml and higher than 10 ng/ml.

EFFECT: invention enables non-quantitative semi-quantitative analysis of the analysis results in a predetermined number of analyte concentrations in the sample.
