SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and determination of respiratory diseases using molecular markers as a means of predicting the development of respiratory infections. Molecular markers gene expression profile can be determined in biological samples by ELISA, flow cytometry or PCR analysis in real time.
EFFECT: on the basis of confirming the aetiological factor of infection together with the determination of the profile of molecular markers IL-3, IL-33 and IL12p40, the severity of the disease will be predicted.
