FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to disabled persons self-movement vehicles. A device for movement of people with musculoskeletal disorders comprises a frame with a seat mounted on wheels, leg supports and movement mechanisms equipped with manual drive levers, sprockets and a chain. Two vertical bushings are fixed on opposite side parts of the frame, in which shafts are installed with possibility of rotation. To the upper end of each shaft there is a lever of manual drive for movement of the device, which is parallel to the frame of the device. At the lower end of each shaft there is a sprocket located in the horizontal plane under the frame of the device and connected by a chain transmission with a sprocket of a ratchet gear located on the axis of the rear driving wheel. One end of chain is fixed on sprocket of shaft. Second end through spring is located on device frame. Chain in middle part is equipped with adapter changing by 90° position of chain.

EFFECT: enabling higher device maneuverability.
