FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two travelling mechanisms one of which is designed as a lever mounted on frame so that swinging in two mutually perpendicular directions is allowed, and provided with thrust member that is a sector engageable with wheel having its axle mounted in bushing bearing frame bracket attached to it as the first version. The second mechanism has two guides bearing longitudinal spring-loaded seat fixable in any position and allowing reciprocating motion along frame axis with following return into the fixed position. The second version involves not only producing the second mechanism as composed of two guides but also new structural design of transmission system as intermediate member setting wheel in movement, its axis of revolution being in perpendicular relation to hinged support axle. The intermediate member is a pulley connected to wheel pulley by means of closed rope or sprocket connected to wheel sprocket by means of chain. It can be also made as pulley connected to the wheel pulley by means of unclosed spring-loaded rope which other end is rigidly connected to frame or as sprocket connected to wheel sprocket by means of unclosed chain which second end is rigidly connected to frame.
