FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to vehicles for disabled persons self-movement. Device for movement of people with locomotor disorders comprises a frame mounted on wheels with seat, leg stops and movement mechanisms equipped with hand drive levers, sprockets and chain. Two vertical fixed bushings are installed on opposite lateral parts of the frame, in which shafts are installed with possibility of rotation. To the upper end of each shaft the manual drive lever is attached for movement of the device, which is parallel to the frame of the device. At the lower end of each shaft there is a pulley arranged in a horizontal plane under the frame of the device. On the pulley with one end a rope is fixed, the opposite end of which is connected to the chain for connection to the sprocket of a ratchet gear located on the axis of the rear driving wheel. Second end of the chain through the spring is fixed on the frame of the device.
EFFECT: enabling higher device manoeuvrability.
