SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a system for measuring concentration of an analyte. Disclosed is a medical system comprising a control device and a medical device, wherein: medical device is a medical device carried on the body, and comprises a subcutaneous portion, wherein the medical device is powered by the first battery and comprises a first wireless communication module, a first processor and a first storage device comprising instructions for operating the medical device, wherein the medical device comprises a monitoring system comprising a sensor for measuring analyte concentration, and the subcutaneous portion comprises at least an analyte sensor portion, the control device is powered by a second battery and comprises a second wireless communication module, a second processor and a second storage device comprising an application area and a region of persistent storage, wherein the application area comprises a medical application and application data, and the persistent storage area comprises a data archive comprising a copy of at least part of application data, the first and second wireless communication modules are configured to form a wireless communication channel between the medical and control devices, medical application is configured to control a medical device by transmitting messages to a first processor over a wireless communication channel, wherein execution of control commands initiates execution by a second processor of monitoring of a monitoring system over a wireless communication channel, wherein the medical application is configured to change application data in the application area and to store part of application data contained in the data archive, in the field of permanent storage of data, the introduced medical data include analyte concentration, and execution of commands of the medical device initiates implementation by the first processor: recording an analyte concentration by a monitoring system, generating the medical data with at least partial use of the analyte concentration, transmitting the input medical data to the control device through the wireless communication channel, wherein said applications include the input medical data, the second storage device also comprises an operating system configured to uninstall the medical application, accompanied by deleting application data and storing the data archive in the persistent storage area.
EFFECT: invention provides more effective measurement of human analyte concentration.
