SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Medical control system comprises a sensor device provided with a body-wearable sensor and a portable instrument for processing continuous monitoring data showing the analyte content in the physiological fluid. Data interfaces of the sensor device and the portable device are connected by means of an information connection for data exchange. Portable device comprises a data interface device for receiving a stream of continuous monitoring data from a body-worn sensor, a storage device for storing and a control device for continuous monitoring and functional communication data processing for data exchange with a data interface device and a storage device. Control device is also configured to switch in accordance with a predetermined operating condition between the first and second modes during a session of using a sensor on the body and during the continuous monitoring process. First operating mode includes generation of visual information with continuous monitoring data for output by the indicator device. Second operating mode includes storing continuous monitoring data in a storage device and blocking display thereof on an indicator device. Preset operating condition is the date, time, switching frequency, period of time and/or glucose threshold for hypoglycaemia or hyperglycaemia.
EFFECT: improved means and methods of processing continuous monitoring data with more flexible and convenient operation owing to use of one sensor in both modes during one session with adaptation to individual needs of the patient.
