SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and specifically to N-[(3-fluoro-4-methoxypyridin-2-yl)methyl]-3-(methoxymethyl)-1-({4-[(2-oxopyridin-1-yl))methyl]phenyl}methyl)pyrazole-4-carboxamide of the structure given below or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based thereon, use thereof and a method of treating a disease or condition associated with plasma kallikrein activity.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining a novel heterocyclic compound useful for treating a disease associated with plasma kallikrein activity, which is selected from reducing visual acuity, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic macular oedema, hereditary angioedema, diabetes, intracerebral haemorrhage, inflammatory bowel disease, arthritis, inflammation, adult respiratory distress syndrome, disseminated intravascular coagulation, blood coagulation in operation under conditions of artificial blood circulation and haemorrhage after surgical intervention.
