FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil processing and discloses the method and installation of hydrocracking of paraffin oil. Method of hydrocracking of paraffin oil includes: (1) providing contact of paraffin oil as raw material and flow of hydrogen-containing material with a catalyst for preliminary hydrotreatment under conditions of preliminary hydrotreatment to obtain a stream of pre-hydrotreated material, wherein the preliminary hydrotreatment catalyst comprises a support and an active component, wherein the active component is selected from at least one metal element of the VIB and/or VIII group and the support is an aluminum oxide and/or silicon-containing aluminum oxide; (2) contacting a stream of pre-hydrotreated material and a stream of hydrogen-containing material with a first hydrocracking catalyst for conducting a first hydrocracking reaction in first hydrocracking conditions to produce a first stream of material subjected to hydrocracking, and separating the first stream of material subjected to hydro-cracking into two parts, i.e. to first stream A of material subjected to hydro-cracking, and first stream B of material subjected to hydro-cracking; (3) contacting first stream B of material subjected to hydro-cracking and a stream of hydrogen-containing material with a second hydrocracking catalyst for conducting a second hydrocracking reaction in second hydrocracking conditions to produce a second stream of material subjected to hydrocracking, and then separating and fractionating the second stream of material subjected to hydrocracking to obtain a gas rich in hydrogen, subjected to hydrocracking, gaseous product hydrocracking, naphtha as a hydrocracking product, jet fuel as hydrocracked product, diesel fuel as hydrocracked product and tail oil product of hydrocracking, having high content of n-alkanes and low content of aromatic hydrocarbons, and (4) contacting first stream A of the material subjected to hydrocracking, at least a portion of the tail hydrocracked oil product and a hydrogen-containing material stream with a hydrocracking catalyst with isomerization for carrying out hydrocracking reaction with isomerization in hydrocracking conditions with isomerization to obtain a stream of material subjected to hydro-cracking with isomerization, and then separating and fractionating the stream of material subjected to hydro-cracking with isomerization to obtain hydrogen-enriched gas subjected to hydro-cracking with isomerization, a gaseous product of hydrocracking with isomerization, naphtha as a product of hydrocracking with isomerization, reactive fuel as product of hydrocracking with isomerization, diesel fuel as product of hydrocracking with isomerization and tail oil product of hydrocracking with isomerization, having high content of isomeric hydrocarbons. Hydrocracking unit of paraffin oil for the said implementation of the method of hydrocracking of paraffin oil includes: pre-hydrotreatment unit (1); first hydrocracking unit (2), in which a stream of pre-hydrotreated material obtained from preliminary hydrotreatment unit (1) is treated by first hydrocracking to obtain a first stream of material subjected to hydrocracking; a second hydrocracking unit (3), in which a portion of the first stream of material subjected to hydrocracking is treated by a second hydrocracking to obtain a second stream of material subjected to hydrocracking; a separator unit for hydrocracking, in which a second stream of material subjected to hydrocracking is separated to obtain hydrogen-rich gas subjected to hydrocracking, a gaseous product of hydrocracking and a stream of liquid phase material subjected to hydro-cracking; rectification column (5) for hydrocracking, in which a stream of liquid phase material subjected to hydrocracking is fractionated to obtain a tail hydrocracked oil product; hydro-cracking reactor (6) with isomerization in which the remaining portion of the first stream of material subjected to hydro-cracking and at least a portion of the tail hydrocracking oil product is treated by hydrocracking with isomerization to obtain a stream of material subjected to hydro-cracking with isomerization; a separator unit for hydrocracking with isomerization, in which a stream of material subjected to hydro-cracking with isomerization is separated to obtain hydrogen-enriched gas subjected to hydro-cracking with isomerization, a gaseous product of hydrocracking with isomerization and a stream of liquid phase material subjected to hydro-cracking with isomerization, and rectification column (8) of hydrocracking with isomerization, in which stream of liquid-phase material subjected to hydro-cracking with isomerization is fractionated.

EFFECT: obtaining from paraffin oil of naphtha, high-quality jet fuel, high-quality diesel fuel, high-quality initial material for production of ethylene by means of steam cracking, in particular material for production of high-quality base component of lubricating oil, which have different characteristics.
