FIELD: oil refining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a combined hydrogenation method for producing chemical raw material, which includes the following steps: (1) performing a pretreatment reaction by hydrogenating a paraffin-oil feedstock and a hydrogen-containing gas, mixing the hydrogenated paraffin oil obtained by the reaction with a light diesel fraction, and conducting a first hydrocracking reaction to obtain a first hydrocracked material stream; (2) separating and fractionating the first stream of hydrocracked material to obtain a diesel fraction; (3) performing a second hydrocracking reaction of the fraction of diesel fuel obtained at step (2) to obtain a second stream of hydrocracked material. Weight ratio of hydrogenated paraffin oil to light diesel fuel fraction is 1-50:1. Light diesel fuel fraction is obtained by separation of low-grade diesel fuel into cuts. Method further includes: introduction of low-grade diesel fuel and hydrogen-containing gas into the reaction of desulphurisation, denitrification and saturation of aromatic hydrocarbons to obtain hydrogenated diesel fuel, and then performing separation into cuts. Invention also relates to a combined hydrogenation system.
EFFECT: low temperature of the hydrocracking reaction and chemical consumption, high output of tail oil products and liquid products, high content of aromatic hydrocarbons in heavy naphtha and the BMCI value of tail oil.
