FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil processing. Method includes: (1) contact of paraffin oil as raw material and hydrogen-containing gas with first hydrotreating catalyst, separation of the first hydrotreated flow produced as a result of contact into two parts, i.e. first hydrotreated flow A and first hydrotreated flow B, and performing gas-liquid separation of first hydrotreated flow A to produce first hydrotreated gas-phase flow and first hydrotreated liquid-phase flow; (2) providing contact of first hydrotreated stream B, first hydrotreated liquid-phase flow and hydrogen-containing gas with second hydrotreating catalyst to obtain finished hydrotreated flow, and (3) contacting the first hydrotreated gas-phase flow and the light catalytic cracking recycle gas oil with the hydrofining catalyst for conducting the hydrotreating reaction to obtain the finished hydrotreated flow, wherein the catalytic cracking recycle gas oil initial boiling point is 100–200 °C, and the catalytic cracking recycle gas oil end boiling point temperature is 320–400 °C, first hydrotreated flow A is 5–95 wt% of total weight of first hydrotreated flow A and first hydrotreated flow B, hydroprocessed gas-phase flow makes 5–95 vol.% of hydrogen-containing gas at stage (1). Invention also relates to a version of the method and apparatus for hydrogenating paraffin oil.
EFFECT: obtaining high-quality raw materials for catalytic cracking and performing a technologically flexible process with low power consumption.
