FIELD: water treatment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installations for treatment of sewage sludge by freezing and can be used in water treatment. Proposed plant comprises movable reservoir accommodating semi-cylindrical working chamber to make hydraulic section with side walls of reservoir. Reservoir is equipped with shield. Shield incorporates a plane configured to turn and correct direction of air flow. Shield is equipped with lifting and installation facilities, which allow adjusting the height of the plane and the angle of rotation of the plane. Besides, plant is equipped with device for automatic control of installation elements and comprises angular position sensor of plane (1) with error indicator and switches of stabilized angle setting device, a transducer of altitude position of plane (2) with an error indicator, a wind speed sensor (3), an ambient temperature sensor (4), a control unit and discrete hydraulic drives (8) connected to the actuators of the lifting and mounting system of the shield with the plane. Hydraulic compartments of the reservoir are equipped with nozzles for supply and discharge of hot water and a temperature sensor. In the working chamber there is a cross-beam with a mounting loop for unloading the frozen deposit. Control unit forming the control signals is made in the form of a logic fuzzy regulator, which contains in-series interconnected fuzzification converter (5) with four inputs, processing unit (6) and defuzzification converter (7). Each sensor (1), (2), (3), (4) is connected to corresponding input of fuzzification converter (5). Fuzzification converter (5) is connected to processing unit (6). Processing unit (6) is connected with defuzzification converter (7). Defuzzification converter (7) is configured to supply control signals acting on discrete hydraulic drives (8).

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce duration of process of waste water sewage freezing in natural conditions, to increase efficiency of installation due to generation of more accurate control signals.
