FIELD: simulation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of modeling. Result is achieved by the fact that calculation of the vertical cross section of the detection zone is carried out, setting initial data for simulation, calculating the position of the center of mass of the hypersonic cruise missile (HCM) in the geocentric coordinate system, parameters of movement of the center of mass of the HCM relative to the ground-based radar, checking the possibility of detecting the radar target, calculating the target motion parameters around the center of mass relative to the radar and its line of sight, calculating the effective dissipation of the HCM at the current time step depending on the orientation of the target relative to the radar line of sight, calculating the power of the signal reflected from the target at the input of the radar receiver, calculating the minimum signal power at the input of the receiver, at which it is detected with given probabilities of correct detection of R and false alarm F, simulating target detection, required number of tests is carried out on the device for obtaining statistical data on detection range of HCM at different angles of the target point, calculating the estimation of mathematical expectation of the range and height of detection of HCM in each direction by elevation angle with a given pitch.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of assessing the effectiveness of information systems of ARMS, when detecting a hypersonic cruise missile based on the dynamic RCS of target.
