SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of making a decorative element of clocks or jewellery. Decorative element can be, for example, a clock-face of a wrist watch. Method includes the following steps: obtaining base substrate, programmable micro processing of said matrix or decorative partitions on said base substrate and filling matrix or decorative partitions with at least one filler to produce decorative element. Filler can be enamel.
EFFECT: simplified production of decorative element and ensuring its reproducibility.
