FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building. Continuously variable mechanical transmission comprises housing and two parallel shafts, on which are installed engaged gears. Crown of every gear is connected to its hub by flat resilient elements, at that, on crown of each gear on both its end sides there are cylindrical support surfaces facing to corresponding hub and contacting with rollers, which are hinged to frame. On each side of each gear there are at least three rollers, in turn, the frame is located in the housing with the possibility of translational movement in one plane with axes of shafts orthogonal to them and is connected to the power mechanism.
EFFECT: simplified design of continuously variable mechanical transmission, improved functional and technical reliability.
