SUBSTANCE: valve comprising: a valve body comprising a flow passage; a shut-off element configured to move between a closed position in which the fluid does not flow through the flow channel and an open position in which the fluid flows through the flow passage; a first channel, a second channel and a third channel, forming a closed loop configured to receive a fluid; a first double-acting cylinder disposed in the first channel and configured to move along a first axis, comprising a first piston configured to sealably and slidably interact with the first channel peripheral surface; second double-acting cylinder located in second channel and configured to move along second axis, wherein the second double-acting cylinder is functionally connected to the shut-off element and comprises a second piston configured to sealably and slidably interact with the peripheral surface of the second channel; first and second axes are arranged at an angle to each other; and closed loop fluid medium is made in such a way that movement of first cylinder double-acting along first axis causes movement of second cylinder double-acting along second axis, as a result of which the shut-off element moves between the closed position and the open position, wherein the first end of the third channel is open to the first channel portion limited by the first piston and closed by the first channel end, and the second end of the third channel is open to the second channel portion limited by the second piston and closed end of second channel.
EFFECT: disclosed is a flow rate control valve comprising a motion conversion device.
