FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic actuator for a prosthetic or orthotic knee joint contains a case, a chamber located or formed in the case, and a piston, which is movably installed in the chamber and which subdivides this chamber into a bending chamber, a volume of which decreases in a prosthesis, respectively, orthosis, bending movement and an extension chamber, a volume of which decreases in a prosthesis, respectively, orthosis, extension movement, wherein it leads from the bending chamber and the extension chamber, respectively, along a hydraulic fluid channel to the case to form a hydraulic connection between the bending chamber and the extension chamber. At least one valve is located in the hydraulic connection. Channels lead from the case to a valve unit, in which the mentioned at least one valve is located and hydraulically connected to channels, and the valve unit is connected to the case. In the valve unit, flow channels are located, all hydraulically connected to each other, as well as hydraulically connected to a hole. In the hole, a screw is installed with connecting channels connecting flow channels to each other. The screw attaches the valve unit to the case.
EFFECT: invention provides for the simplification of manufacturing.
