FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of engine building. Essence of inventions consists in the fact that internal combustion engine (ICE) with magnetic-catalytic combustion chamber and with ultrasonic steam generator comprises magnetic-catalytic combustion chamber with combined catalyst and permanent magnets and autonomous fuel equipment, equipped with air filter, air collector and steam generator of fuel mixture for supply to combustion chamber of ICE of high-temperature fuel vapors in form of gas-air mixture. Gas-air mixture and ozonized water cold mist with water drops of not more than 1 mcm are fed into combustion chamber to form water-gas-air fuel mixture. At that, cold mist provides stable volume of water-gas-air fuel mixture in combustion chamber of ICE due to uniform distribution of ozonized cold mist in mixture by repulsive negative charges of cold mist drops and positive air charges according to the law of electrostatic induction in the volume of the magnetic-catalytic combustion chamber.

EFFECT: improved oxidation of supplied fuel to combustion chamber of ICE of both carb and diesel types.
