FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Monolateral system for actuating the hip joint, configured to be connected to the brace, comprises: driving device, transmission device, fixed frame for connection with brace, at least one rotary joint and linear joint. Driving facility is adapted to provide auxiliary torque moment on engine axis and is configured to arrange on rear section orthosis corresponding to user's back. Transmission device is connected to the engine axis to transfer torque to the output axis corresponding to the axis of flexion-extension of the hip joint and parallel to the axis of the engine. Transmission device has an adjustable elongation corresponding, when used, to transverse expansion in the sagittal plane of the user. Transmission device is configured to adjust transverse distance in sagittal plane of user, between engine axis and outlet axis. Transmission device is arranged with the possibility of placement, at use, sideways from the user. Drive means and transmission device are mounted on fixed frame. Rotary joint corresponds to the degree of freedom of hip joint breeding-bringing around the corresponding axis of dilution-reduction. Rotary joint is arranged between fixed frame and drive. Linear joint is located between fixed frame and rotary joint of hip joint breeding-rotation. Linear joint is configured to adjust the horizontal width of the actuation system on the frontal plane of the user's body. Common configuration is such that the drive and the transmission device are floating in relation to the frame. Orthosis of coxofemoral joint comprises a pair of actuating systems installed on corresponding hip joint.

EFFECT: inventions provide compatibility of the orthosis with degrees of freedom, angular extensions and overall kinematics of the user's body joints.
