SUBSTANCE: invention relates medicine, namely to pediatrics, and concerns drawing up of a food allowance for children of the first year of life with food allergy. For this purpose, at a choice of group of admixtures-substitutes of breast milk, content of antibodies of IgG, IgG4 and IgE classes to total protein-peptide fractions of various groups of admixtures in blood serum of the child is defined. Those admixtures are accepted having content of antibodies of the specified classes in blood serum of the child notmore than: IgG-1 mkg/ml, IgG4 - 100 ng/ml, IgE - 2 ng/ml. When choosing supplemental feeding, the dishes having the lowest levels of the specified antibodies on alimentary allergens in blood serum are chosen.

EFFECT: invention allows individualising and optimising dietetics of children with a food allergy as much as possible.
