FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in vehicles. Electromagnetic drive of vehicle includes electric power source, main power rotary shaft, electric power consumers of auxiliary needs and propulsion unit with magnetic-force and magneto-electrical chambers arranged along common longitudinal axis of symmetry. Electromagnetic drive is additionally equipped with a solenoid with a ferromagnetic tubular core and a wire magnetically exciting current-conducting winding wound on it by a spiral, as well as tubular ferromagnetic conductors connecting solenoid core with stator frames of magnetic-force and magneto-electrical generating chambers. Stator frames are assembled of ferromagnetic tubes. Inlet end of current conductor of solenoid is connected by current conductor to power supply source, its output end is connected to system for current distribution of magnetic-force chamber, and current collector system of magneto-electrical generating chamber is connected to power supply source through stationary charging device and connected to input end of current-conducting coil of solenoid by additional current distributor.

EFFECT: increased voltage and power of propulsion unit.
