SUBSTANCE: panoramic device is made in the form of a fixed mounting platform, on which there is a horizontal rotation angle sensor and a horizontal direction motor, which provides rotation around the vertical axis of the rotary platform with a thermal imaging lens, in the focal plane of which there is a matrix photodetector. Vertical guidance hanger located on rotary platform is equipped with vertical rotation angle transducer and a vertical direction motor, which provides movement along the vertical direction of the thermal imaging lens, which is uniform for horizontal and vertical directions and with two replaceable lens units, alternately being pushed onto the optical axis. Rotatable stabilized platform with two degrees of freedom along axes of vertical and horizontal guidance is formed by rotary platform with vertical suspension, a vertical direction angle sensor, a vertical direction motor, a two-axis gyro installed in a vertical position suspension together with a horizontal direction angle sensor and a fixed mounting platform horizontal direction motor.

EFFECT: providing all-round viewing with constant and variable angular velocity, stabilization along horizontal and vertical lines of thermal imaging channel.
