SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for obtaining high pulse pressures, namely, to explosion chambers intended for localization of explosion during synthesis of materials and performance of research works. Chamber comprises cylindrical housing 1 and flat covers 2, housing 1 is installed in slots of covers 2, corresponding to diameter of housing 1, cover 2 are tightened between each other by pins 3 installed along external surface of housing 1, wherein size of pins 3 and their number satisfies operating condition within conditional limit of fluidity of pins material, which is voltage within residual deformation of 0.2 %. Housing 1 is made in the form of a shell connected longitudinally along the seam by electroslag remelting method.

EFFECT: technical result is simple design of camera with simultaneous provision of its reliability and safety.
