FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: catalyst for hydrotreatment of catalytic cracking gasoline is obtained by sulphiding a composition containing, wt%: cobalt oxide or nickel oxide 2.0–6.0, molybdenum oxide 6.0–18.0, a support in which magnesium oxide 0.25–1.0, aluminum oxide – balance. Molar ratio of aluminum oxide to magnesium oxide in carrier from 34.9:1 to 140.1:1, and in catalyst composition – ranging from 29.4 to 143.9, cobalt oxide or nickel oxide to magnesium oxide – from 1.1 to 12.8, molybdenum oxide to magnesium oxide – from 1.7 to 20.0. To prepare the catalyst, a support is prepared by moistening aluminum hydroxide and peptizing it with 5–10 wt% solution of 65 wt% nitric acid with simultaneous introduction of a magnesium oxide precursor and stirring the prepared mixture. Ammonium molybdate is added to obtained homogeneous mass in amount of 0–9.9 wt%, triethylene glycol in amount of 0.03–0.09 ml/g, mixed till homogeneous mass is obtained, then granules are formed by extrusion, drying and calcination. Calcined support is impregnated in moisture capacity with an impregnating solution of ammonium molybdate in distilled water, cobalt or nickel nitrate, 35 wt% hydrogen peroxide and 65 wt% nitric acid in molar ratio of components Co(NO3)2⋅6H2O or Ni(NO3)2⋅6H2O : (NH4)6Mo7O24⋅4H2O : H2O2 : HNO3 = 1.0:0.13:1.23:0.23 while stirring during 10–15 minutes, dried and calcined. Method comprises obtaining a catalyst having a molar ratio of aluminum oxide to magnesium oxide in carrier from 34.9:1 to 140.1:1, and in the catalyst in range from 29.4 to 143.9, cobalt oxide or nickel oxide to oxide magnesium – from 1.1 to 12.8, molybdenum oxide to magnesium oxide – from 1.7 to 20.0. Further, the catalyst is sulphided.

EFFECT: high catalytic activity of the catalyst, which provides high output of stable hydrogenated product and obtaining a gasoline component with low sulfur content of not more than 10 ppm.
