FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to vertical plunger pumps for transfer of high viscous liquids, and can be used in oil industry. Pump comprises cylinder with suction valve at its bottom. Hollow plunger and stock with seat and locking element of pressure valve are located in their lower part. Rod on the side of the suction valve is equipped with a tip. Cylinder below and above the plunger is provided with guide of the tip and rod made in the form of disks with central bore. Plunger is installed with the possibility of the axial movement limited by the seat and by the axle stop. Guide of the tip is connected to the plunger with possibility of interaction with the rod stop. In the lower part of the plunger between the pressure valve seat and the guide of the tip there are through radial holes.
EFFECT: simplified pump design, increased reliability.
