FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to vertical plunger pumps with self-acting valves, especially for pumping highly viscous liquids containing mechanical impurities and gas, in particular to borehole rod pumps, and can be used in the oil industry. A downhole rod pump installed in a well for lifting oil contains a cylinder with a neck installed in the housing, a suction valve seat located in the valve body. The valve body, made in the form of a glass, is rigidly connected to the body. The saddle is made, for example, in the form of a ball and is fixed by a stop. The neck of the cylinder is provided, for example, with a removable sealing ring, which acts as a shut-off element for the suction valve. The cylinder is installed with the possibility of alternately interacting with the seat and the body stop, made in the form of a cylindrical ledge. Through the radial holes are made in the valve body above the seat. Inside the cylinder there is a hollow composite plunger, provided with a branch pipe from below, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the plunger. Through the radial holes are made in the branch pipe. A discharge valve seat is placed between the branch pipe and the plunger. In the branch pipe below the holes there is a disk with a central and peripheral holes. The pump is equipped with a rod, on the lower part of which, between the seat and the disk, a shut-off valve of the discharge valve is mounted with the possibility of alternately interacting with the seat and disk. The locking body can be made in the form of a ball with a central hole. The disk is mounted on the lower part of the rod, made in response to the central hole of the disk. The housing above the stop is made stepped with a conical expansion to form a conical seating surface. The housing is equipped with a two-stage shutter with a central hole with a conical bearing surface made in response to the conical seating surface of the housing. The shutter is placed with the formation of a gap seal between its lower cylindrical part and the cylinder. In the lower part, the valve is equipped with a rod guide in the form of a disk with a central hole made in response to the rod and peripheral holes. In the upper part, the stem is provided with a stop, the diameter of which is greater than the diameter of the valve opening. In this case, the distance between the upper ends of the neck and the shutter (H0) is less than the maximum distance between the lower ends of the disk and stop (Hs), i.e. H0 < Hs. The cylinder in the lower part is equipped with a spring installed between the end face of the valve body and the stop of the cylinder, made, for example, in the form of a split spring ring placed in the annular groove. The maximum spring force is less than the weight of the throat cylinder. The sealing ring of the plunger neck can be installed with an interference fit or fixed, for example, by means of a ring fixed, for example, with screws. Shutoff organs are installed with the formation of working and pressure cavities. The pump casing is connected to the tubing string, and the rod is connected to the rod string. The guide is installed in the upper part of the gate and is connected to it by means of a threaded connection. In this case, the diameter of the stop can be made smaller than the diameter of the shutter opening.
EFFECT: design of the downhole rod pump provides a reliable hermetic fit of the shutter on the body, thereby ensuring reliable operation of the pump in the well.
