FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular to confectionary industry. Disclosed is a method of producing flour confectionary products with resveratrol, comprising preparation of components of dough mass, baking, cooling, impregnating products with sugar syrup, in which before impregnation with sugar syrup in the syrup, an alcohol solution of resveratrol containing 96 % ethyl alcohol and completely dissolved in it powder of resveratrol is added, at the following ratio of the specified components: per 1 l of alcohol – 72 g of powder of resveratrol.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of products of preventive purpose, which acquires antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, cardioprotective, neuroprotective, chemoprophylactic and rejuvenating properties, increasing life span.
