FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Disclosed is a microwave plant for pasteurization of mastitis milk, which comprising arranged horizontally and sequentially connected sections, each of which is successively butt-jointed by a flange cylindrical resonator and a cylindrical shell-and-tube heat exchanger with water inlet and outlet pipes. Cylindrical fluoroplastic distributor is coaxially installed inside the cylindrical resonator so that its cylindrical channels are connected to tubes of the heat exchanger, bases of which serve as bases of the cylindrical resonator. Diameter of cylindrical channels does not exceed two depths of penetration of electromagnetic field of ultra-high frequency into mastitis milk. Magnetrons are installed on lateral side of every cylindrical resonator.
EFFECT: invention provides increased biological value of mastitis milk.
