FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to process equipment of meat industry enterprises. Microwave installation with a toroidal resonator for thermal treatment of fat-containing secondary meat raw material contains a working chamber presented as a toroidal resonator, where in the external non-ferromagnetic cylinder 5 with annular bases the internal non-ferromagnetic cylinders 6, 11 without external bases are coaxially located, forming gap 7 between the internal bases. Volume between the bases of the internal non-ferromagnetic cylinders, formed in the middle of the height of the external non-ferromagnetic cylinder 5, and the annular volume formed between the outer non-ferromagnetic cylinder and the inner non-ferromagnetic cylinders with the height of the gap represent the capacitor part of the toroidal resonator. Size of the gap is less than the gap between the side walls of the external and internal cylinders. Height of each internal non-ferromagnetic cylinder is a multiple of an odd number of a quarter of the wavelength, and the height of the external non-ferromagnetic cylinder is 5…7 times longer than wavelength. Through the capacitor part of the toroidal resonator, fluoroplastic pipe 3 with a perforated part with a diameter equal to the height of gap 7 is installed along the transverse axis. Inside fluoroplastic pipe 3 with a perforated part there is an electrically driven fluoroplastic spiral screw 9. Outside the gap, a part of the fluoroplastic pipe is perforated and a non-ferromagnetic branch pipe 10 is attached to the end of the fluoroplastic perforated pipe for unloading the grease. To drain the fat, the non-ferromagnetic branch pipe 12 with a ball valve is attached to the lower annular base of the external non-ferromagnetic cylinder. Some air-cooled magnetrons are arranged with shift of 120 degrees on the side surface of the external non-ferromagnetic cylinder in the toroidal part of the resonator, and the other magnetrons are at the level of the capacitor part. Installation is located at inclination of 5…7 degrees.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to develop a microwave installation with a toroidal resonator for thermal treatment of fat-containing secondary meat raw material in a continuous mode at high intensity of electric field with observance of electromagnetic safety without a screening housing.
