FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for melting fat from milled fat-containing meat wastes in continuous mode. Microwave apparatus comprises non-ferromagnetic spherical resonator 2. In the upper part there are coaxially arranged tiered fluoroplastic perforated electrically driven truncated cones 3 with contact of the perimeters of the upper perforated bases with the surface of resonator 2. On the lower half of resonator 2, coaxially with contact to the surface of the resonator, lower fluoroplastic shells of truncated cones 8, 9 are installed, docked along the perimeter of a large diameter, where fluoroplastic perforated electrically driven disc 10 with radial guides is located at the level of their docking. In the centre of the resonator there is a fluoroplastic cylindrical coupling rigidly attached to the perimeter of the small diameter of shell 8. A ceramic shell of truncated conical reflector 5 is installed on the coupling so that the perimeter of a large diameter is in contact with the surface of resonator 2. Non-ferromagnetic annular chute 6 is rigidly installed at the contact level on the outer side of resonator 2. Non-ferromagnetic loading container 1 with non-ferromagnetic gate is installed above first truncated cone 3. At the level of disc 10, out-of-limit waveguide 7 with a ball valve is attached to the surface of resonator 2. Under the truncated base of lower shell 9, where there is a hole on the surface of resonator 2, there is non-ferromagnetic storage tank 12. Along the vertical axis of resonator 2 there is fluoroplastic shaft 11 of the electric drive of truncated cones 3 and disc 10. Magnetrons 13 with waveguides and fans are arranged with shift of 120 degrees along perpendicular to perimeters of non-ferromagnetic spherical resonator.

EFFECT: elimination of electromagnetic field irregularity.
