FIELD: medicine; pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmacology and can be used for identification and quantitative determination of content of five closely related oligopeptides (ADEL, DER, DEG, DEP, KDE) in pharmaceutical substance "Peptoforce". Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy method is used without using standard samples and isotopic marks. Spectral data of the test sample are compared with data of structural conformity of spectra signals 1H and 13C oligopeptides of pharmaceutical substance "Peptoforce". Quantitative determination of oligopeptides involves measuring weight fractions of ADEL, DER, DEG, DEP, KDE by integrating their characteristic signals into 1H NMR spectrum or 13C NMR spectrum.
EFFECT: invention enables to identify the oligopeptide composition of pharmaceutical substance "Peptoforce" and quantitatively determine content of its components without their preliminary separation, without using isotopic marks and pharmacopeial and working standard samples.
