FIELD: technological processes; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: use for simultaneous determination of degrees of oxidation and alkylation of azoximer bromide. Summary of invention consists in the fact that, using method 13C NMR spectroscopy, spectrum signals are related 13C polyoxydonium with specific methylene groups of N-oxide 1,4-ethylene piperazine and (N-carboxymethyl)-1,4-ethylene-piperazinium, identifying their characteristic signals and measuring values of normalized integral intensities of characteristic signals of the same number of methylene groups of N-oxide 1,4-ethylene piperazine and (N-carboxymethyl)-1,4-ethylene-piperazinium.
EFFECT: possibility of identifying a pharmaceutical substance "Polyoxidonium" and dosage forms based on it, confirming the presence of the main structural fragments and determining their molar ratio – oxidation and alkylation degree.
