FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for production of 1,4-dioxancarboxylate, which consists in the fact that 1,3-dioxolane ring is expanded at interaction of mono-, di-and tri-1,3-dioxylans with methyldiazoacetate in microwave radiation (230 W) conditions for 0.5-1.5 hours in methylene chloride medium. Reaction of 1,3-dioxolane with methyldiazoacetate is carried out at the following ratio of components, wt%: 1,3-dioxolane 0.006-0.012; methyldiazoacetate 5.48; CH2Cl2 94.514-94.508.
EFFECT: technical result - increase output of the target product with better quality.
