FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lever of circuit breaker, which comprises left support (21) and right support made of plastic, at that, left support and right support are located opposite to each other. Fan-shaped contact recess is located on each of left support (21) and right support. Metal support plate (23) is located inside contact recess. Two arms of lever for closing and opening, respectively, are configured to interact in corresponding contact recesses and with possibility of abutment to support plates (23). Support is made from plastic, and not metal material, usually used in products of this type, which prevents negative effect of magnetic flux formed by metal support in process of interruption, carried out by means of circuit breaker, on electric arc movement direction, preventing attachment of metal particles formed by electric arc in process of interruption, and preventing negative effect of eddy current formed by metal support under voltage in process, on efficiency of circuit breaker at temperature increase. Plastic support is formed by injection molding, easy to manufacture and to process and is characterized by high accuracy.
EFFECT: support plate (23) improves surface hardness at the section of contact of the plastic support with the lever, requires a simple process, is made with possibility of simple processing and allows increasing speed of rotation, improving breaking capacity of the circuit breaker.
