SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalytic module (2) for use in an industrial scale combustion control system comprising laying frame (4) extending in longitudinal direction (12) and transverse direction (14) and comprises two end surfaces (16), which are located opposite each other in direction of flow (18), several mounting units (6), which contain side walls (50), which form peripheral side wall, wherein blocks are inserted into laying frame (4); each mounting unit (6) is configured to be equipped with several catalysts (10), laying frame (4) comprises a peripheral wall assembled from side parts (20, 22, 24) of the frame, which are connected and, in particular, are bolted to each other by means of at least one mechanical connecting element (26), and sealing element (30), clamped by means of at least one mechanical connecting element (26) between, on at least, one of side parts (20, 24) of frame and at least one mounting unit (6), wherein mounting unit for catalytic module (2) is formed in the form of box (6) for elements, which contains free inner space (8) for arrangement of at least one catalyst (10) and also comprises side walls (50), in which at least one insertable element (54) and insertion hole (56) are formed, so that mutually connected boxes (6) for elements are rigidly retained on each other by means of insert elements (54) and insert holes (56). Invention also relates to a method of producing said catalytic module (2).
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of costs and possibility of safe transportation.
