FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: described is a catalytic article, a method for selective reduction of nitrogen oxides and a system for treating exhaust gases. Catalyst article comprises a substrate having at least a coating of a porous oxide thereon so as to contain a first molecular sieve promoted with copper and a second molecular sieve promoted by iron. First and second molecular sieves have a d6r block, and the first molecular sieve has crystals of a cubic shape with average crystal size of 0.5–2 mcm. Weight ratio of copper-promoted molecular sieve to iron-promoted molecular sieve ranges from 1:1 to 4:1.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of characteristics of catalytic product for selective reduction of nitrogen oxides at high and low temperatures and lower formation of N2O.
