SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport facilities with electronic control systems. System for transmitting data to a vehicle control system comprises a vehicle bus, a server side module for: collecting route preliminary data, performing regression analysis on route prediction data to form a set of coefficients assigned to subfunctions, transmitting coefficients through messages on vehicle bus. System also comprises a client side module for: receiving messages from a vehicle bus, extracting a set of coefficients from messages, evaluating an approximating function in a client side module by applying a set of coefficients to a subfunction copy, using estimation of the approximating function to issue instructions to the control system. Method for data compression of vehicle tire comprises stages, generation of coefficients on the server, which are applied to cores, transmission of coefficients via vehicle bus to vehicle control system, evaluation of future value of road attribute.
