SUBSTANCE: invention relates to unmanned vehicles. Method of controlling an unmanned vehicle on a road section is carried out by an electronic device. Method comprises steps of generating, by an electronic device, a first graph structure having nodes and edges. Said node is associated with the corresponding potential position of the SDC on the road section, wherein this edge represents the transition of the SDC between the potential positions of the corresponding pair of nodes, edges are ranked by an electronic device based on priority logic into a ranked list of edges. Ranked list of edges indicates priority order of transitions between corresponding potential positions of SDC for operation of SDC on road section, second graph structure is generated by means of electronic device (i) by iteratively generating attributes for corresponding one of the ranked list of edges, starting from the edge with the highest priority in the ranked list of edges and (ii) until reaching a predetermined limit value. Predetermined limit value indicates the total number of edges, the second structure of the graph has a set of edges from the first structure of the graph, the operation of the SDC on the road section is prescribed by an electronic device using the second structure of the graph.
