FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtration, specifically to structures of intracorporate drain-distributing devices of bulk filters for cleaning gases, aqueous solutions or other liquids and can be used in appropriate equipment used in power engineering (including nuclear power engineering), industry and municipal services. Filter element comprises a housing in form of a pipe with holes in the working area and fixed on it flat annular plates with spacers, spacing elements on flat ring-shaped plates are made in form of point rifts, and flat ring-shaped plates are made in at least two versions with different arrangement of rifts, which excludes coincidence of location (alignment) of rifts of adjacent plates, wherein plates of different versions are installed in turns. Performing spacing elements in the form of point rifts allows simplifying fabrication of flat annular plates, reducing metal consumption, dimensions and prime cost of the filter element.
EFFECT: possibility of forming optimal circuits of direction of movement of mini-flows of working medium at output of flat slot channels of filtering element enables to achieve the most uniform distribution of working medium in layer of filtering material, which increases its regeneration and washing depth, thus increasing working filter cycle duration with the same or even lower costs of chemical reagents and water.
