SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of making X-ray refractive lenses and can be used to produce highly focused x-ray microbeams with high photon flux density used in various fields of science and engineering. Composite refraction lens for X-ray radiation is inserted in advance of X-ray radiation beam plate workpiece, X-ray beam is passed through composite refractive lens, X-ray beam is passed through plate workpiece and plate is made considering beam passage point.

EFFECT: simple process of adjusting and positioning the correcting plate relative to the apex of the parabolic profile of the lens.
