FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for evaluating the state of peripheral blood mononuclear cells, involving determining a phospholipid spectrum of membranes of peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Method is characterized by that evaluation is carried out by determining the relative content of fractions of total lysophospholipids, sphingomyelin and phosphatidylcholine phospholipid spectrum membranes of peripheral blood mononuclear cells and calculating a coefficient determined by formula CC=PC2/SM*LPL, where PC is the relative content of phosphatidylcholine, SM - relative content of sphingomyelin, LPL – relative content of total lysophospholipids; if values of this coefficient are less than or equal to 6.7, reduced functional activity of mononuclear cells is diagnosed.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of evaluating the condition of peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
