FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petroleum refining industry and specifically to catalysts for producing light olefins. Disclosed oil fractions cracking catalyst includes a phosphorus-modified zeolite ZSM-5 and a matrix and is characterized in that the zeolite ZSM-5 has Si/Al ratio of 40 to 150, contains 1.0 to 4.0 wt% phosphorus, and matrix components used are aluminum oxide and bentonite clay or aluminum oxide, bentonite clay and amorphous aluminosilicate in following ratio of components in catalyst, wt%: modified with phosphorus zeolite ZSM-5 40–50; aluminum oxide 15–25; bentonite clay 20–35 and amorphous aluminosilicate 0–10. Following fractions are used as oil fractions: straight-run gasoline fraction 62–85 °C, fraction with the beginning of boiling – 70 °C, gasoline-raffinate, mixtures of said fractions.
EFFECT: obtaining a highly active oil fraction cracking catalyst which increases output of light olefins.
