FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention deals with processing catalyst of gasolines of thermal processes, which involves ultrastable Y zeolite in NRZE form and matrix; at that, it also contains the component providing the hydrogen carry-over reactions; as matrix components there used is amorphous aluminum silicate, bentonitic clay and aluminium oxide, at the following ratio of components in catalyst, wt %: ultrastable Y zeolite in NRZE form 15-25; bentonitic clay 5-15; amorphous aluminium silicate 20-40; component providing the hydrogen carry-over reactions, 2-20; aluminium oxide is the rest. As the component providing the hydrogen carry-over reaction there used is Y zeolite in ZnH-, ZnNRZE - or RZE- cationic form, and/or ZSM-5 zeolite in H-, Zn-, Co- or Ni- cationic form, and/or mixed Zn, Mg, Al- oxides with spinel structure, and/or zinc oxide applied to aluminium oxide (ZnO/Al2O3). The invention also refers to processing method of gasolines of thermal processes.

EFFECT: reduction of content of unsaturated and sulphur compounds in gasolines of thermal processes.
