FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fat and oil industry. Lipid bioactive composition production method envisages production of a blend based on a mixture of soya and maize oils in a weight ratio of 70 % and 30 % respectively. Mixture is prepared from oil blend and carotene-containing raw material with subsequent extraction of bioactive ingredients from carotene-containing raw material and pulp separation. Carotene-containing raw material is represented by a pumpkin flesh of vitamin varieties in a weight ratio of blend: pumpkin flesh as 2:1 as a part of a lipid-pumpkin mixture, and separated pumpkin pulp is formed and dried till dry substances content is equal to 88–90 %. Blend of gingamine composition taken at a weight ratio of components as 1: 1 and in amount of 2.0 % of the weight of lipid-pumpkin mixture is introduced into the blend composition at the stage of its production.
EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the degree of oxidative spoilage in the lipid bioactive composition and pulp, while simultaneously increasing the shelf life and functional properties of the end products.
