FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to methods for preparation of soya component based fodders. The protein and vitamin fodder products preparation method involves soya protein component mixing with carbohydrate components, the components moulding and thermal treatment. The soya protein component is represented by full fat soya flour or secondary soya raw material flour with dry substances content equal to 88-92%; the carbohydrate component is represented by carrot, beet or pumpkin pastes or their composition or their combinations with dry substances content equal to 8-12%. The mixture is prepared at a ratio of 1.5: 1.0; the moulded mixture moisture content is conditioned to dry substances content in the mixture within the range of 90-92% in the process of thermal treatment.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of soya protein fodder products with increased nutritive, biological and energy value.
